Come and experience “The Good Life” at Rhydgaled. Join us in glorious west Wales for a relaxing farmstay bed and breakfast break with nature on your doorstep.

Rhydgaled is our 30-acre smallholding offering farmhouse bed and breakfast in your own self-contained wing of our home in rural west Wales

Located approximately 0.5 miles from the road and accessible via our farm track, you can swap streetlights and traffic noise for starlit skies and birdsong. Cuckoos can be heard – and seen in April/May, along with swallows and woodpeckers. At night, you can often hear the tawny owls calling in the woods nearby.

You will find a perfect base for exploring everything that the area has to offer – from the coast to the Cambrian mountains, delightful seaside towns and historic places of interest.

Our farmhouse bed and breakfast suite is more than just somewhere to sleep. With its own entrance, the self-contained wing of our farmhouse provides a living/breakfast room with a wood-burning stove where you can enjoy not just breakfast but truly relax in your own space.

And we’re dog-friendly too.

A lovely peaceful break, grateful that the rain held off. Most awesome bird watching on the feeders and the pheasant viewing for male supremacy. Food was delicious. Was only planning on having one cooked breakfast but resistance was impossible.

Our dogs had a lovely time too and Lindsey and Paul went above and beyond to help with their needs.

 

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Such a cosy place, love all the little extras. Thank you for lighting the fire for us, was such a surprise yesterday on our return from a busy day.

Dad really enjoyed the variety of birds on the feeder. Mum loved the baby lambs, 2 little black lambs by the stables.

Me, it was the horses, one a complete gent, charm and charming, the other a really comic of a character, who made me smile.  Thank you for providing a real retreat.
